We agree on a specific Citation Rate target upfront — typically 50%+ from your baseline. The target is based on your category, competitive landscape, and the prompt map we discover during the audit phase. It's a concrete number, not a vague promise. Importantly, while we build every structural and technical foundation for that target, the actual visibility in AI-generated results is determined by each AI platform's algorithms and training data — which we do not control.
Who decides whether we appear in AI results?
AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) and their proprietary algorithms make the final decision about which sources to cite and how to surface information. We do not control these algorithms, and no one can guarantee specific placement. What we do is provide the strongest possible foundation: structured Brand Memory, systematic content engineering, competitive positioning, and continuous monitoring — all the technical groundwork that maximises your chances.
Can I switch from Sprint to Retainer?
